The National 3M Kaizen competition is no ordinary platform. It attracts the best of the best with over 150 organisations nominated from different sectors and industries with a vetted selection of 80 case papers. It was at the 11th National 3M Kaizen competition, that the Connectwell cross-functional team from Production, Business Excellence and Quality created a historic moment for Connectwell.

Their demonstration of the Kaizen ‘Mura’ philosophy of Problem identification, Brainstorming, Idea generation, Evaluation and Implementation, earned Connectwell the prestigious ‘Gold Trophy Award’ from the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII).
