Tool Manufacturing

Plastic Moulds, Sheet Metal Tools and Fixtures which are used in our production processes are manufactured in our advanced Tool Room.

In addition to conventional machines like Lathes, Milling Centres etc. the tool room is equipped with the following EDMs (Electro Discharge Machines): EDM Drill, EDM Spark Erosion, EDM Wire Cut.

To validate our tools and products we have test and measuring equipment  like  hardness  testers,  profile  projectors  etc. We are in the process of enhancing the capacity of our Tool Room by adding machines like CNC Spark Erosion & Vertical Machining Centre and also measuring instruments like Vision and Probe CMMs.
